The conference is taking place at The Carlu located at 444 Yonge Street (corner of Yonge and College) on the 7th Floor.
Is there an additional cost for pre-conference workshops?
Yes. Pre-Conference workshops are not included in the conference registration and are at an additional cost. You can sign up for the Pre-Conference Workshops when you register for the conference. What is the summit hotel for 2018?
A block of rooms is being held at The Chelsea Hotel, Toronto for guests and delegates attending the Performance Excellence Summit & Canada Awards for Excellence luncheon on November 6th, 2018. A special group rate of $219 (excluding taxes) is being offered if reservations are made on or before October 5th, 2018.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations received on or before October 19, 2018 will be refunded, less a $50 administration fee.
Cancellations received after October 19, 2018 will not be reimbursed.
